- Provide complimentary department wellness program assessments to understand where you are today relative to where you'd like to go.
- Focus on reducing cancer and cardiovascular disease risk through education, fitness testing, and identifying supplemental screening opportunities to meet agency needs.
- Coordinate NFPA 1582 Medical Physicals and NFPA 1583 Fitness Testing to allow department staff to focus on other initiatives.
- Proactively partner with your first responders in preparation for voluntary annual fitness testing.
- Provide executive wellness program summaries in line with department need.
- Create and maintain department specific wellness policies.
- Host regular wellness webinars in collaboration with industry experts in mental health, fitness, nutrition, personal finance and more.
- Quarterly mental health webinars highlighting education and tools to help manage stress from on and off the job.
- Fitness, nutrition and personal finance content delivered regularly that is specifically tailored to the needs of first responders.
- Provide ongoing, consistent focus on your wellness program's initiatives to ensure progression overtime.
